Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted during product launches, special releases, or high-volume sales events.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please verify that your shipping information is accurate before completing your order. Winning Willy’s Golf Shop is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

 

RETURN POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and assist with a resolution.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

 

REFUND POLICY

Refund Requests

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Because many of our products are limited releases, collectible items, or exclusive designs, refunds cannot be guaranteed for buyer's remorse, accidental purchases, or normal wear and tear.
